Thomas Barbey, who grew up in Geneva Switzerland, has been drawing seriously since he was 13. He's been doing photography for twenty years now. He creates his unique images by combining photos he's taken over the year. As of now he is retired.  His style is very exclusive, and he only works with black and white. His work is made by himself in a dark room, while using an enlarger. When he is done with a project and it does not "wow" him he throws it out. Thomas Barbey wants his work to make a statement, take you to a land of imagination. His work has been features in museums from, 

American Museum in Britain, Bath, UK to Cape Cod Museum of Art, Cape Cod, MA.
